We reserve the right to enhance and alter the features and functionalities of the Services at any time, which includes the addition, modification, or removal of features and functionalities, or updating how our Services are delivered.

3.1. Ask Around reserves the right to refuse service, cancel your Account or access, or remove or edit content, at its sole discretion.
3.2. You agree, represent and warrant that you will provide us with true, current, complete and accurate information in connection with your use of the Site and the Services.
3.3. You represent that you are using your Account for a lawful purpose – you may not use your Account or the Site or Services to commit or further fraudulent acts or for committing any acts that would give rise to either civil or criminal liability.
3.4. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
3.5. You agree not to access the Site by any means other than through a commercially available web browser or application. You are not permitted to upload material onto the Site that you should know or do know infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, and you may not upload material that places unnecessary load to affect the performance of the Site, or Ask Around systems and equipment.
3.6. You may not use the Site or the Services in a manner that could block access to, impair,
damage or otherwise disable Ask Around or any of our servers. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or any other user’s accounts, computer systems, or networks through password mining, keystroke logging, hacking, or any other means. You will not upload any files that contain viruses, Trojan horses, malware, spyware, worms, corrupted files, or any other material or software that may damage the operation of another computer. Any and all materials uploaded are subject to applicable federal, state, and international laws.
4. Communications
4.1. You acknowledge and agree that Ask Around may occasionally send you communications regarding your Account or the Service via email.
4.2. Communication between Ask Around and the Customer shall be mutual, appropriate and respectful.
5.1. You are welcome to share our posts for personal use, but you must preserve the attribution to Ask Around by including a link, tagging us with @AskAround, or using the hashtag #AskAround, or similar.
5.2. You may not present our photos, videos, or other content, which are protected under copyright, trademark, service marks, trade dress, patents, moral rights, or other proprietary rights (collectively, “Content”), as your own. It is acknowledged that this Site contains such Content and that these rights are valid and protected across all current and future media and technologies.
5.3. You acknowledge that, unless specifically stated otherwise in these Terms or directly on the Site, Ask Around or its licensors retain ownership of all Content on this Site, which includes, without limitation, all videos, text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, moving images, illustrations, files, trademarks, logos, service marks, artwork, computer code, design, structure, selection, coordination, “look and feel,” and arrangement of such Content.
5.4. Your use of this Site does not confer any claim of ownership over any Content, and you are obligated to adhere to all applicable copyright and trademark laws. This includes prohibitions on modifying, transmitting, selling, transferring, or creating derivative works from any Content, in whole or in part.
5.5. You are permitted to print copies of the Content for personal, non-commercial use only, provided that you retain all copyright notices, trademark legends, attributions, by-lines, and other proprietary rights notices contained in or associated with the Content.
5.6. Storing any significant portion of any Content electronically from this Site is strictly forbidden. Using Content from this Site on any other site or in a networked computer environment for any purpose is prohibited without prior written permission from Ask Around.

5.8. Ask Around claims no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service.
6.1. You understand that transmitting confidential, sensitive, privileged, or financial information via email or webforms is not secure. Unless explicitly requested, Ask Around does not wish to receive any confidential, proprietary, or trade secret information from you through the Site (including via contact forms available on the Site or App).
6.2. You are solely responsible for any materials you provide to us, which may include but are not limited to, information, requests, creative works, pictures, photographs, videos, graphics, recordings, letters, documents, demos, ideas, suggestions, reviews, concepts, methods, systems, designs, plans, techniques, or other materials submitted, posted, uploaded, sent, or otherwise transmitted to us ("User Content"). By submitting User Content to Ask Around (including by hashtagging or tagging us on third-party sites such as social media platforms), you grant Ask Around a royalty-free, unrestricted, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully transferable, assignable, and sublicensable right and license to use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, print, publish, translate, create derivative works from, and distribute such User Content in any form of media now known or hereafter developed, including for commercial purposes.
6.3. When you post comments or reviews on the Site, you grant us the right to use the name or username associated with any review, photo, video, comment, or other content in connection with such submissions. You also confirm that the User Content is not confidential or secret and that you own or control all rights in the User Content necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input, or submit the materials, including all necessary rights to grant the licenses described in this section.

7.1. Violating the security of Ask Around's Site or Services is strictly prohibited and may result in criminal and civil penalties. We reserve the right to investigate security breaches and will cooperate with law enforcement authorities.
7.2. Prohibited activities include unauthorized access to data or systems, probing for vulnerabilities, unauthorized monitoring of data traffic, interference with service, and circumventing use restrictions.
8.1 The Site may contain links to other websites ("Third Party Websites") that are not owned or controlled by Ask Around. Ask Around has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any Third Party Websites. In addition, Ask Around will not and cannot censor or edit the content of any third-party site.
8.2. By using the Site, you expressly relieve Ask Around from any and all liability arising from your use of any Third-Party Website.
9.1. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ask Around, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Site and Services; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other proprietary rights; or (iv) any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party.
10.1. Ask Around does not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and you agree that from time to time Ask Around may remove the Site for indefinite periods of time, or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you. Your use of the Site and Service is at your sole risk. The Site and all products and services delivered to you through the Site are (except as expressly stated by Ask Around) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
11.1. In no event shall Ask Around be liable for any damages, including but not limited to indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the contents, use, or connection with this Site or Services. This includes loss of use, profits, revenue, business relationships, or data, whether in contract, equity or otherwise. We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to force majeure events. Violating the security of Ask Around's Site or Services is strictly prohibited and may result in criminal and civil penalties. 12.1. If you have a dispute with one or more other users, you release Ask Around (and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors) from claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind or nature, known or unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes.
13.1. The term of Service will continue for as long as you have an Ask Around Account or until you or we terminate it.
13.2. Ask Around reserves the right to terminate your Account or limit your access to all or any part of the Site at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.
13.3. If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your Ask Around account (if you have one), you may simply discontinue using the Site.
13.4. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
14.1. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.
15.1. Ask Around claims no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. You acknowledge that Ask Around owns all rights, titles and interests in and to the Service, including without limitation all intellectual property rights and such rights are protected by international intellectual property laws. You agree that you will not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, or create derivative works from the Service.
16.1. All Ask Around's Users have a Invite-a-Friend dashboard, which allows you to invite other people to sign up for Ask Around and get a designated stamps.
16.2. When a new user visits Ask Around website via your Invitation and signs up (within 30 days from the first visit) our system instantly identifies your invitation. The user will get a designated stamp immediately and you will also be rewarded with stamp credit as soon as he or she creates an Account.
16.3. These stamps are not real money and their use will be determined solely at the discretion of Ask Around.
17.1. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the validity, interpretation, and enforcement thereof, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
18.1. These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Ask Around concerning the Service. Suppose any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction. In that case, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.
18.2. These Terms of Use will begin upon when you become our client and will continue unless terminated hereunder.
19.1. At Ask Around, protecting your privacy and the privacy of anyone receiving your email is very important. Please read our Privacy Policy to learn more about how we process and protect personal data in accordance with good industry practice.
19.2. By using our Site and Services, you consent to the collection and use of this information. Depending on your jurisdiction, our Privacy Policy may offer additional options to opt out of sharing this information.
